Billions / Trillions

Terms of use

These terms cover your use of Billions / Trillions, operated by AR Group Ventures. Last updated 10 September 2026.

What this site is

Billions / Trillions publishes what company registries and regulatory filings state about a company, with the source attached to each fact. The about page describes the approach and the data and coverage page lists every source and the licence it is used under.

Reading the site requires no account and costs nothing. There is nothing to subscribe to and no visitor account to create, so these terms describe use of a public reference site rather than a service you hold a contract for.

It is information, not advice

Nothing here is investment, legal, tax or accounting advice, and nothing here is a recommendation to deal with, invest in, or avoid any company. A figure on this site tells you what a document said on a date. Deciding what follows from that is your own judgement, and for a decision that matters you should read the underlying filing — which is why we link to it.

Accuracy, and its limits

We take accuracy seriously enough to label every value by how we came to hold it, and to publish nothing we cannot attribute. That is not the same as a warranty, and we do not offer one.

A registry can hold an error, a filing can be superseded, an industry code recorded at registration can be decades out of date, and our own reading of a source can be wrong. The site is provided as it is, with no guarantee that it is complete, current or uninterrupted. Where a figure is missing we say it is unknown rather than estimate it, so an absence on this site is an absence of evidence and not a statement about the company.

If something is wrong we would rather know, and we correct against the source rather than against the claim. Tell us from the contact page.

Using what is here

You are welcome to read the site, quote from it, and cite it, and we ask for a link back to the page you took a figure from so a reader can reach the source behind it. Where a fact came from a registry or a filing, that source has its own terms, and citing the source itself is usually better than citing us.

What we ask you not to do: copy the database wholesale or systematically re-publish it as a competing listing; strip the source and label from a figure and present it as an unattributed fact; or present the site, or a copy of it, as something other than ours.

Automated access

Our servers count requests per network address and will refuse traffic that exhausts them, because a public reference site has to stay up for the people reading it. Please do not work around those limits, run a crawler that ignores robots.txt, or attempt to reach the editorial pages behind the staff sign-in. We publish a sitemap so that a well-behaved crawler does not have to guess.

Names, logos and trademarks

Company names, brands, logos and trademarks belong to their owners and appear here to identify the company a page is about. A logo is shown as its owner published it and is never recoloured or altered. Their appearance implies no endorsement of this site by them, or by us of them.

Advertising

Advertising on this site is served by Google and is marked as advertising wherever it appears. It has no bearing on which companies are listed, how they are ranked, or what any page says about them, and no advertiser is shown a figure before it is published. What Google collects when an advert loads is described on the privacy page.

Information about people

Where a company’s filing names an officer, we record the name, the office and the filing it came from, and nothing further. If you are named on this site and have a question about what is held, the privacy page explains it and the contact page reaches us.

Changes

The site changes as coverage and sources change, and pages may be added, corrected or withdrawn. These terms carry the date they were last updated, and a material change will move that date rather than be made quietly.
